1. Services Provided
Fox Three UAV provides professional aerial services, including but not limited to Real Estate Media, Aerial Intelligence (Construction Progress), and Tactical Data Mapping.
2. Mission Scheduling & Weather
Pilot in Command (PIC) Authority:
Per FAA Part 107 regulations, the remote pilot has final authority over the flight. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule missions due to weather, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns.Rescheduling:
If a mission is canceled due to weather, we will reschedule at the earliest available window at no additional cost to the client.
3. Payment & Delivery
48-Hour Standard:
We aim to deliver final digital media within 48 hours of mission completion.Payment:
Full payment is required prior to the release of high-resolution, unwatermarked media unless otherwise agreed upon in a commercial contract.
4. Intellectual Property & Licensing
Real Estate Media:
Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the media for the purpose of marketing the specific property for the duration of the listing.Commercial/Industrial Data:
Usage rights for mapping and intelligence data are defined in the specific project contract.Portfolio Use:
Fox Three UAV retains the right to use all imagery for promotional and marketing purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the mission.
5. Liability and Insurance
Fox Three UAV is fully insured for commercial UAS operations. We are not liable for property conditions, pre-existing damage, or issues outside of our flight operations.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring that Fox Three UAV has legal access to the property and that all necessary parties are notified of the scheduled drone operation.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sumner County, TN.
